You should research the share structure. RS is of no strategic advantage. They can't RS and then issue shares without diluting the investor paying the bills. RS won't even be considered until revenues increase and uplisting is an option. Until then it has no advantage whatsoever.
This has been and WILL go up in the near future. Have you even been watching the stock lately?
