In the case of LAHO raising the A/S, I think its a forward looking positive thing. Lets face it, with only 49M O/S they had a lot of room to dilute to the 500 A/S level. Look out for news of expansion, acquisitions etc etc. That is the reason for the increased A/S. We could fly to pennies fast! All IMO!!
