I bought at 3.14 with profits because I wanted to be holding some in case it did something crazy like shoot way the heck up- better than buying at 5 a share or more- I don't think we'll see reverse split again any time soon and I can't see it going lower than 2.75- but what do I know?

Also guidance for 2018 was 77M ebitda

Plus ebitda from this company CEO gave us ??

Plus ebitda from 100M cash injected from rights offering

Do I have facts roughly right ?

What is industry avg P/E and ebitda multiple ?
