The point is, Fire is not fixated on a date, nor am I or most who own the stock.

We know it will get done, might be before 9/15, might be on that date, might be later....nobody needs to obsess over a date, I believe to be Fire's point, and he can disagree if I misread his many comments on this topic....daily, since the 8-K announced the planned acquisition.
