I agree the details in the 8k will need to be thoroughly looked at. The pps should correct to the true valuation once the 8k is released with the new OS. The market cap for RAD should be about 150 million from the perspective that they have a working product creating revenue in rapidly growing market place. I can see the OS being about 150 million shares post merger. 150m$ / 150 million shares = 1$ pps. Just my thoughts.
