"They have been selling product through Voosh and now Voosh is about to acquire the company who's product it's been selling."
There is no way to know how much "product" has been sold, they are well over a year delinquent in their filings. And Voosh isn't acquiring Ambicom...it's the other way around. The owners of Voosh will be getting either 100 million or 1 Billion shares of ABHI for selling the one year old LLC to ABHI.
And here is the kicker...Voosh was set up by the former CEO of ABHI (and is still a current officer) of ABHI.
That's kind of a sweet deal.
The only thing BVTK is set to get is a commission on any sales it can create for ABHI's product.
Yet there is scant evidence (at least anything that is independently verifiable) that suggests ABHI has been successful in whatever it sells.
