But the Sec would have to think in the shareholders too. At least give them their money. This act is more negative for the shareholders than Bitcf.

"Suspects fraud" is the key question.. If they can prove wrongdoing, yes, we're all screwed. But maybe not... One can only hope. Lots of bagholders here, including me.
