I wonder why we haven't seen any court orders to arrest the principal himself. Is he out of the country? No one including jeff are under arrest unfortunately. I say that, because I believe all of them are extreme flight risks and should be held by authorities so they can't flee.
And I never read on this board by anyone that jeff is in custody. I have no idea where that idea came from.
All we can do is speculate at this time. I truly don't understand how any of the nanosux principals could have survived this long undetected and remain at large flaunting their butts to the court.
If n-t-ek declared BK then all stock would be halted. So I think the insiders are holding that back til the very last second. This is exactly how the felon principal has operated for the last 5 years.
You know, you're a stronger cat than you think. With all nanosux has stolen from you I don't recall you ever mentioning taking the BK way out of your problems. Although in your case that would not be a dishonorable way to get relief. You have no reason to worry about the old BK stigma.
In nanosux case, they would just be bailing and hiding their ill gotten gains off shore most likely. Also, keep in mind that the principal has billions of shares that may be free to trade, and figuring just 2 billion shares at 1% (it's a limitation on share selling for officers and large share owners) every 3 months that's 20 million shares to sell which is roughly 500K every 6 months potentially. If my math is correct.
