all know regular tap water is free and if you have an SBUX card you get a free birthday drink. Also, other than pirated software, have you ever received MSFT products free (Windows 10 upgrade not included as we all know it was free for the first year of introduction)

this, like Front, is the first time I am hearing for TVWWB. I have never seen it broadcasted on any Fox channel or affiliate of Fox, maybe it's local to an area?
