The deal with Acacia research was a 50/50 split with Augme.. with the exception of the Yahoo case because Augme's attorneys had already done much of the work. There were literally hundreds of companies infringing and Acacia was going to go after all of them and split the profits with Aug. I believe there was a licensing agreement with Pandora and possibly one other company as part of a settlement. Everyone close to the company agreed that royalties owed to the company were incalculable and I mean that in a good way. That just doesn't end
