As a shareholder it does upset me that there are so many false and defamatory statements being made on this board. I'm sure at some point Easton may have the right legal action against whatever entity is involved and I am positive it is all being documented. Until then we have to just mute it out ;)
It's not as if this is just something somebody came up with and published on the internet. This comes from the government and anybody can look it up for himself. Strange that Alliance Venture Partners is EAPH's latest JV partner to whom EAPH just wrote a big ol' check, or maybe EAPH has some other way to explain the whole thing. But so far it's just another instance of an investor digging up more dirt on the EAPH insiders and how they wheel and deal with shareholder money behind the shareholders' backs. We've been catching them at this crap for years. That's why the long-term EAPH chart looks so incredibly bad. EAPH has always been a scammy outfit run by scammy people whose goal is to enrich themselves at their investors' expense. Happens all the time in the pinks. There are good reasons why EAPH's never been audited and never showed a profit in all these years of "business."
