A/S reduced to 480 million in the recent filing means reduction factor of 20:1.

However, that would leave too many shares still outstanding if it were just 20:1 to shareholders as well, having 375 million with only 105 million left to dilute.

So the R/S to shareholders will be greater. 50:1 to 200:1 would squeeze all shares to an insignificant number while having plenty of shares to dilute in the future.

Now's the time for any jaded investor to file complaints in the hopes that the many lies Alonzo spoke of (audited financials, revenue, brand ownership, etc.) was just one ruse after another to sell shares.
