d4isy, NO evidence of P&D here. What you have here is a CEO that has two problems:
1 - He has listened to supposed expert support: Accountants, Lawyers, partners, etc. that HAVE NO experience whatsoever in the OTC.
2 - As an outcome of #1 he has played with his food (PR's & News) too long whereby it has become old and stale.
Been there and done it several years ago.
This company has realized success too fast and was not prepared to handle it. It came at them too fast and furious.
