Cheds is definitely the one to ask about technical trading.

I'm not a big believer in it, especially with stocks that have ongoing dilution. I haven't seen any studies that support they're particularly predictive.

However, I do agree that you'll see a short bounce at .0022-.0023. But frankly, I think the window is closing quickly to trade OTTV until the bottom really falls out.

Just my opinion though. I tend to be a longer term investor and not a swing trader.
