that means the company had until the 25th to respond. it's not a deadline for finra to act.

Yea we already know this. What I want to know is what if the name change does not happen after hours today? Then what?

Those were already done. FINRA requirements have been fulfilled.

RO replied to me a few minutes ago when asked about the 1 share trades and if he is re-filing today:

In regards to trading, I do not look at it on a daily basis. I can speculate, but I really have no idea. And yes, everything is currently in FINRA’s possession and we are awaiting comments.

And if they have to, they will pay $500 and refile. Not a big deal. All depends on if finra has another request for additional documents. Today's date or any other for that matter is of no real significance when the company is willing to refile and continue to work on getting finra what they need. If this was some small company, it would have been done already, I'm going to wait for the company and finra to get their work done, I'll wait for months more if thats what it takes.
