Robert Rico was the original promoter of OTTV. He is also a toxic note holder of OTTV.

Here he is (in the tie) with Johnny and Greg Chonillo (Johnny's partner in Viva Entertainment Group Finance, Inc.) and the gang.

Rico was Pleasant Kids (PLKD). Allegedly was telling shareholders he had a deal with Publix Supermarkets among many other stories. Never happened. Reversed it into another company called Next Group Holdings (NXGH). The hype, and pump and dump, was surreal. NXGH also crashed and burned. Research PLKD which became NXGH, and SUGO which became QBAN. And EXPU which became HIPH
