Not only do institutional investors facilitate quality, non-dilutive financing, institutions buy in volume, and it's far more common for them to hold their positions for long periods of time as the company and it's revenues and earnings grow.

Institutional involvement,encouraging a reverse split for some time now, signals a new, dramatic and extremely positive phase in the appeal and growth of a company.

I don't recall the exact verbiage either, but he definitely went in to the share price.

Something to the effect of:

What was today's closing price .0125 i think? Well after a 100/1 r/s pps today would be $1.25 which would also provide a share structure that is much more attractive to institutional investors then what we have today.



He was also quite a bit more 'tame' than the last meeting but the CFO was right there along side to explain the Q as well and also took on some of the heat for the late filings.
