For now I will give them the benefit of the doubt and don't think it is collateral shares hitting the market.

If it's not the collaterals then Fly boy is lying, or someone is pulling a mega naked short stunt, which I absolutely don't think.

There is no shares available to sell on OTC, but still they have unlimited supply... As always...
