Ronin intends to finally get the advancement of PPHM's proprietary technology out of perpetual first gear with a well funded company and begin advancing the technology with a sense of well deserved urgency.

PS Targeting was well past 1st gear hitting it's stride in phase II NSCLC till the sabotage

Interesting how not many like to point that out and IF Ronin is scared to file publicly with SEC and request all records unsealed from CSM AND all past lawsuits from CSM, then how does Ronin know if they are possibly making deals with those with ties to the Fargo sabotage ??????

I am not convinced that Ronin will strike a great deal with any Big Pharma because they may not want to make waves in the waters they SWIM

No what choices do current shareholders have ? Maybe some type of filing ...to force ....or request Ronin to open their books and requests to change Peregrine bylaws to place some leverage on how discussing or deals can be maximized by allowing more of a bidding system when that time comes....or for whatever is proposed....

But ALL shareholders should dig deeper into prior deals such as Medarex when Medarex got it's BOD shake up and out ....and the new guys actually got what they perceived to be a FAIR deal and to legally cover themselves passed it off to Goldman Sachs and for GS to protect themselves legally gave a disclosure that said they were not obliged to look or seek out other offers (open bidding I propose !!) and so what happened ?? GS advised the deal was fair when Medarex ONLY dealt with Bristol Myers Squibb !!

C'mon all, we all see what is going on here and Ronin must know ALL are watching and I would like disclosures to SEC and have Ronin group mention in writing they will review Medarex deals and in writing tell us how they will avoid such stupidity
