- Shareholder Vote Aug 30th for r/s, re-branding, reducing a/s and a few other items
- MJAC 2017 conference
- Rebranding and r/s
- $500k worth of convertible notes? What did we just buy or what are we going to buy? Is it for S. CA lab equipment/leasing fees?

The next few weeks should be fun, but we'll see how quickly these activities move.
