This guy is scare-mongering. It will not open at 5 cents. Typically the open is around -50% to -80%, although as you can see with ESSI, the drop can also be very modest, like -10% or -20%.

Personally I'd guess at an open around .50-70, with a rebound within a few days to over a dollar.

Obviously that's very speculative and I have no way of knowing if that's right, it's just my best guess based on how I've seen other suspended stocks play out on the greys.

Get a list of suspended stocks and study how they opened. Particularly the more liquid ones. BITCF was a liquid name.
