I wouldn't call EXMT a parent company, they have an investment in ICBU due to the transaction. The received 100mill shares of ICBU for that purchase. But I did purchase EXMT first in order to cash in on the performance of EXMT and performance of ICBU.

Both companies have purchased revenue producing companies. Good things to come for both.

How do you figure that? EXMT only owns 5% of ICBU...they sold R-Quest to ICBU for those shares now ICBU is the majority owner of R-Quest hydroponics...they are not the parent company of ICBU...from the ICBU pr the other day it looks like ICBU is also a positioned to be a holding company if you read the part at the bottom..neither own each other...but ICBU now controls R-Quest not EXMT...they do have the same CEO though so why you arguing which one is better...I think this one is...lol...

I mean if you are saying this is a scam and they are making this stuff up then EXMT is also a scam because they have the same exact CEO...
