imo -the Moelis plan is a starting point ONLY and is far from being

what final resolution might look like ... Moelis plan is plain DILLUTION and

WRONGFULLY legitimizes the warrants (taken as collateral against the LOAN) ...

the ENTIRE LOAN HAS BEEN REPAID in FULL + INTEREST - PERIOD !!!

even Maxine Watters has said publicly the LOAN is REPAID !!!

the only benefit to the plan is that it removes involving ANY LEGISLATION

and the totally corrupt criminals in our Congress ....

meanwhile ...

DELAWARE Case Lawyers (both sides) are meeting on the 28th @1600

to discuss presenting to the JUDGE the unsealed Court Docs that

TOTALLY EXPOSE the MANY GOVT LIES and MISREPRESENTATIONS that

have been testified to JUDGE SLEET by the LYING GOVT COUNSEL ...

will a settlement by proposed ? will the GOVT offer ANY CONCESSIONS ?

or continued ARROGANCE ... will JUDGE SLEET inflict any GOVT SANCTIONS ? ....

it's getting MUCH closer to the NITTY GRITTY FOLKS ! ... BRING IT !!!!!

Your logic makes absolutely no sense. So the largest common shareholder on the planet (Ackman) backs the Moelis plan, but it's not good enough for you?
