I think it has to base first then watch for the next catalyst for it to start a new trend. Good get a short term bounce as soon as tomorrow. RSI over sold, but that's not a good indicator. Could test 42 or even 40 before any new trend develops. Who is doing all the selling not mom and pop> Someone with big positions.
