S-1 filing is what is needed to go NASDAQ or NYSE as mentioned here early on this board, Mr. Umbra told us he was going to Wall Street to pitch Hygieia product sales projections and the product line to companies, to get a possible merger. That would be the quickest way for us to go NASDAQ, is very possible now with the S-1 being filed, patience will pay off, hopefully by end of year
