Adrock I think you are correct. Unless the shares outstanding is reduced, the PE will be too high and dividend% too low (non existent) for investors when sales commence, for such a high risk security. The potential for this company is well and nice but doesn't translate into much (as is evident) and won't suffice to carry sp upward without solid financial results.
