My guess is that earnings any day now put us at least firmly above .002 as a new bottom, the India audit completion puts .003 as bottom before the end of September, then later this year when the full SEC audit is done we head to penny land....
More regular news in between would help more such as delivery/payment updates on the $70m contract..
