Hanks hasn't filed a 8-K about the land purchase.

Hanks had to use a toxic funder to borrow $145,000 - the permits are for a CDU not the oil refinery - the oil refinery permits will take another 18 months - time for Hanks to dangle more carrots in front of unsuspecting investors.

Hanks has never been successful.

He has convinced noobie investors that although he can't raise $145,000 with conventional financing he is going to obtain $50 million in financing for the CDU and then $500 million for the refinery.

The investment community is having a good laugh at the Hanks nonsense.
