Is it not smart for a company to dilute stock prior to increase value as PPS increases?
I don't understand why there is so much concern over dilution, dilution is only negative sign if a company is not releasing updates and keeping the shareholders included in major decisions. We are not operating in the dark, we are operating in the shade.
