Chart always matters it's the main tool available to measure sentiment/ emotion in the market. You think fundamentals does that? Don't tell people not to sell you sound like a front loader.
Only someone who doesnt know technical analysis would ask that question. It closed below now causing the MA's to become resistance which will push the price down. There isnt enough buying pressure to sustain these levels so it will cause a downward trend.
Anyone who says the golden cross doesnt matter doesn't know about stocks and should stop trading immediately otherwise you are just gambling instead of making calculated risks.
