I'm not saying it does. Only pointing out that the tweets are misleading and clearly give the impression that things are further along then they are. As with 99% of their posts, they are factually accurate but misleading.
And may I add the use of the word "final" implies something right? So if we are to believe the new narrative all of the tweets were only to provide final documentation to RRBB and now it's on them. Maybe true maybe not but if it is I can guarantee you that there will be at least one more conference call!
Nope, doesn't say that at all. Simply states a phone call took place that took less than 30 minutes, but, as you can see quite clearly, it states nothing of completion, simply a very short phone call, nothing more, nothing less.
