Prior to this weeks 3Q 10Q the board was in agreement of FMV at $0.006.

Testing expenses include payroll for new hires (some with BA's or PHD's in Biotechnology), lab equipment purchase/leasing, State License fees and "Mobile Lab Vehicles".

I would include (expenses + revenue = FMV) in your calculations. IMO

Honestly it's pretty impossible at this stage to calculate a good pps based on the current Q. If you did that it would probably be over valued where it is now. They still have lots of debt to pay off BUT said debt is from equity (vehicles, equipment, entire labs)

I would say the market thinks its worth over a penny today if you look at past charts it's been at around this level for some time, although lately slowly trickling down towards .01

Q1 was just the beginning in OR but Q2 and Q3 were ~$800k and ~$700k in revenues. Cost of revenue is still very high as they are outsourcing pesticide and I believe solvent testing to other labs. We'll see what WW says in the meeting tomorrow but I believe they are waiting on ORELAP to certify so everything can be done in house. This will put cost of revenue at about 30% of revenue.

They are undergoing massive expansion so P/E ratios are not going to fair well for this one.
