It looks like they never had a lawyer file anything after the R/S. There would be a lot needed to get this current with OTC Markets. The 10,000 to 1 murdered the hell out any money invested here and there was a big mystery on why Victor did that to his own money. I never liked the dirty lawyer that did the r/s and have wondered if Victor was scammed into buying the shell. Just no way to fill in certain blanks..........
