Good News either way ...
I interpret this within the scope of Full Market Value potential
which is easily understood to mean above and beyond the $400 a share value a full settlement would bring FRAZ shareholders

But that being said I believe we are in accord that any settlement will bring large multiples from were we stand at the moment
Time and PPS currently is our Friend

Castro steps down in 6 months, new rules of engagement are being crafted to be released very soon and title III comes back on the table by Feb 1st
