where did you get that information (50 million shares for return of 150 billion shares?).Rumour is that Les returned 0 shares; however all unexercised preferred shares were cancelled. Perhaps he received 50 million shares for cancellation of preferred?

Who can state what is a known fact on the settlement instead of spreading rumours?
