I see this breaking 20 cents and retesting a dime within a week. Level 2 looks horrid! This stock has serious dilution issues as well as poor mgmt. all other plays up huge and this down huge. Why???? No long can give me a solid answer. Answer is they have no money and are raping investors. Bitcoin up $600 in less than 48 hours and this turd down. Scam. Plain and simple
