Up quite a bit on no news and low volume. Will buy more options out of money for October if there is a pullback. To replace expired Augusts..

Plan on doing that till December, replacing expired options. If there is no buyout by December I doubt one will be coming. There have been articles about buyouts and 70-80 dollar estimations since Febuary.

I still think the time to buy a US based company is before tax reform because it will be much more expensive after tax reform. Any target like BMY, Celgene, AMGEN, Biogen will be more expensive to buy after tax reform.

PFE is always talked about as interested, but they could be interested in any one of those companies also. GILD is piling up cash and everyone has been waiting for them to buy something substantial to diversify. The sales they have from one drug and its offshoots are amazing, but they need to diversify at some point. If GILD bought a substantial company like BMY I bet the stock would be north of 100 in a day.

PFE is the leader in RX sales, but the tax code puts them at a disadvantage to Roche and Novartis, both foreign based. So maybe they do need to wait for tax reform.

Another up day for BMY on low low volume.. In one regard that is good, but maybe a buyout is a bit off. Volume does not indicate any excitement from investors.
