For one... Les doesn't have the shares anymore... he just has the money he got from selling the shares... for two... it would cost much more to try and hunt down all the shares... then the shares are worth... and no certainty that any of the shares would be recovered anyway... three... they've met... they've negotiated... they got what they got... and it's over... time to move into the future...
