I read that, I disagree. Your statment was valid maybe 20 years ago. With all the technology , social medias etc there is no room for not being open as you can to your shareholders. Thsts my opinion, I might be wrong. But I came from Europe, last time I visit my home before this summer was 10 years ago. I was amazed how people changed, all thanks to social medias.

On the contrary, the fact that the execs have such reputations proves nothing. It is possible to run a small, unproven scam on the side for a little extra cash. The business model is such that if it works out, they win big and if it doesn't, the shareholders bail them out. OWCP doesn't have to be a deliberate scam to be a scam.
