Chamane, I agree.
The only caution is that STM has promoted itself as having aquired many U properties when the market was depressed. However, most of them will never see a shovel - even at inflated U prices.
Most 'in the know' view their real intent is in selling them (as you said), not in developing them. Even the recent effort to do so (in their best possibility), and the promotion of it, is seen more as a "see, it can be done" rather than a serious profit producer - ie - to raise the value of a sale.
Nothing wrong with that, and the recent move up may be anticipation of a sale. The caution is simply to be aware that if they miss being the next aquisition, they MAY see a correction.
Not being a trader, I am not as excited but see more move up possible for you.
