That's why it's solid. They actually need the money for growth as where 95% of these otc companies are complete shit. These companies cannot go the the bank and get a loan so they come otc to raise capital.

Every company has debt buddy. The real question is are they using our money to drive around fancy cars and eat out? Or are they using it to expand a rapidly growing company?
My thoughts are with the second scenario. Again National distribution, that's been verified by many including myself, is not some scam company.
