I don't know if the lawsuits are planned per say. If you noticed, most seem to be still looking for a lead plaintiff. I have a feeling it won't be as big as most think when it's all said and done.
Im no expert but I've been doing a bit of reading a bit on the sirixm. Im guessing it's a similar situation. Warrant holder is likely shorting like crazy because he can't lose. When are the warrants done?
