Thankyou Grammara. It does now look like they are getting the acquired co for ($800,000?) less than half what they were originally going to pay, closing by the end of Sept? Just my interpretation. Chime in if I'm incorrect. Great news imo! Hope it goes thru. Maybe that's been the delay: re-negotiating price. Good luck to all.
