Apparently tip-toeing in a mine field doesn't bother Scamtonio and his web development team when it comes to medical verbiage. It isn't a good idea to mess with the FDA (fines can be excessive)! But to each their own! Some like to live on the edge!

P.S. When a doctor tells a patient that they are cancer FREE, does that mean that they have just alleviated the pain of the cancer that is still present or is the cancer gone?

What are possible punishments for violating FDA regulations concerning health fraud scams....

"Punishable by up to one year in federal prison, five years’ probation and a fine of either $100,000 or twice the gain from the offense"
