W2 Energy and Converde energy usa inc.
company changed registered agent frequently
I made lawsuit under two different company names
which was useless
so I made claim against Mike Mclaren
who is the president and CEO of company W2 Energy inc. and Converde Energy USA Inc. he is the only thing that doesn't change
judge dismissed the case because since Mike Mclaren resides in Alberta Canada I have to serve him by hague convention law which costs more than 10's of thousands dollars my lawyer told me it's a waste of money since my loss is only 10 thousands dollars
I contacted BCL mining and smelting and confirmed 2.4 million order isn't true by email with Loeto Radiwada who is contract manager of Bcl mining and smelting
looks like Mike is free now by forwarding all the bullshit to new company

That's right, if you properly serve them and nobody shows up,you should get a default judgement.

Guarantee you if I file a complaint, they will know it and want to show up..!
