Word play aside. Either you believe in the project and hold on or you don't. And if you can't handle the uncertainties, there are others that will take your place and gladly buy your shares.

For me, I'm holding and despite the ups and downs over the last 3 years, nothing has convinced me that the NioCorp Team is unable or unqualified to develop this mine. Not the scandium estimates, the as yet to be announced scandium off takes or anything else.

What keeps me invested are a multitude of reasons:

1.) The management team: Experienced in a # of large scale mining operations. (Chevron Mining, UnoCal Mining, CBMM, MolyCorp, Largo)

2.) Offtakes: 2/3's contracted for Niobium

3.) Local support: both at the local and state level

4.) Business relationships: Major global mining and steel manufacturing

5.) Respect for the local community. It's evident in the town hall meetings and transparency they have provided the local community. I've been to the town hall meeting and visited Elk Creek on a separate visit. I've spoken with the locals and they are in support of the project.

6.) Non disclosure agreements with major financing institutions (Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse)

7.) Partnerships: Joint venture with IBC to develop new scandium applications since summer of 2016.

8.) Relationship with the DoD and Aerospace: through their joint venture with IBC and IBC's CEO who was a general with the DoD, NioCorp now has access to relationships with Lockheed, the DoD and many other interested scandium and niobium manaufacturers of finished products
