LOL, You better hope FDBL isn't telling you that FDBL owns 51% of FanPass because the so call subsidiary will be FanPassLive. Kind of makes one wonder why did FDBL do USPTO for both FanPass and FanPassLive? Got to watch any wording in FDBL's future reports. JMO, GLTY

And six weeks ago, FDBL shareholders owned 100% of Fan Pass.
Now, 100% of bubkis is bubkis, but 51% of bubkis is even worse.
