Sounds good in theory but shorts would just cover as much as possible and wait to short at higher prices. I am content to have them cover down here and leave for greener pastures. They can read the writing on the wall, with Doc backing us, good results in multi billion dollar drug and plenty of cash to start studies on next drug. Unless they know that company is faking study results, which would need collusion of all doctors involved, where do they think this is going, to zero? That is why they are covering and letting dumb money sell to them. Eventually dumb money will run out and the price will go up because of their covering. Shorts have big profits from shorting in 3's so they can afford to let price go up.

Excatly, there are so many ways they can fix this listing issue. They aren't trying at all. Instead, everything they are doing is the opposite. Even the 350 million deal, they don't want you to find out what the terms were and when and how much the milestone payments would be. people aren't dumb, we see through what they are trying to do here.

They might fool average people, but they aren't fooling the institutions. those guys see right through what they are planning and will sit out until time to buy in again for the potential M&A with NantCell or that they see potential long term value when the smoke clears.

They aren't going to risk holing million share and then RS happen where the SP lose great value before NantCell takes it all cheap they get nothing in return just like the legacy holders would be in a situation now if a cheap buyout happens, they actually lose money.
