Is this the real reason to why they doubled the A/S? I.e they have no intention to support the stock by any other means than a few PRs, and know that the PPS would plummet, and thereby will have to issue new collateral shares?
Are you guys sure that we shouldn't start an initiative to "force" SIAF to support the PPS? Our votes are worthless, but our voices might (...) not be; If a lot of shareholders flood Peter with a request for a cash dividend to support the PPS, then MAYBE (...) they'll listen. At least they will "HAVE" to defend their stance in the CC (especially while rewarding themselve with a lot of shares, if I'm not mistaken then they have rewarded themselves with more shares than the ECAB-deals allows). Down 43% so far this year, and 15% since the last CC...
