KiK, ZYXI- just read note 7 with their private placement they needed to help pay off the Triumph LOC debt (note 6) that Triumph apparently called them on. They got about 50 cents on the dollar after discounts on new notes and have to pay double digit interest LOL. Talk about toxic financing.

Guess Taglich needs a downgrade for P&D and/or stupidity for whatever led them to try and reinflate the roasted pig.
